What is a Taste Good filter System?

This is our standard water treatment system. It is a under counter water filter system. The water filter system is a 10” Baby Blue filter housing that has a standard carbon filter cartridge inside it. With this water filter system you have a separate drinking tap so you always have clean filtered water, separate from your normal hot and cold tap. This is so the clean filtered water does not mix with the contaminated mains water. The water filter system has easy to follow fitting instructions and does not involve any real plumbing. As an added bonus we operate a free of charge email reminder system so you wont forget to change your filter!

What The Taste Good Filter Cartridge Does

The Taste Good Filter Cartridge is a standard 10” carbon filter cartridge. The water filter will reduce chlorine & toxins, as well as assorted herbicides & pesticides. Removing these will improve the taste and odour of the water. The water filter cartridge will last up to six months or filter 8000ltrs of water. Contaminants such as Chloroform, Trichloreethane and Lindane were put through the filter at twice the EC allowable levels and were undetectable in the filtered water.

How The Taste Good Water Filter Works

The contaminated mains water flows into the Baby Blue filter housing and surrounds the carbon water filter cartridge. The water then flows up through the filter media called carbon, which will make the water taste better by reducing the impurities. The water then goes out of the top of the filter cartridge to the drinking faucet.
